Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes! We bring everything we need to get the job done. All of our products are safe, effective and suitable for family homes. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use, just let us know.

Is there a minimum booking time for regular cleans?

Yes, our regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning services require a minimum of 2 hours per fortnight.

​

How does the ironing service work?

We collect your ironing from your home, take care of it and deliver it back to you - freshly pressed and ready to go! Just make sure your order is at least 3kg to qualify for free collection and delivery. 

If you also have regular cleans with us, we'll collect or deliver your ironing on your cleaning day wherever possible making things even more convenient for you!

If you'd like your items returned on hangers, please remember to include hangers with your ironing.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Flitwick and cover the surrounding villages. If you're unsure whether we come to your area, feel free to drop us a message, we'll always do our best to help and can also offer recommendations for other companies if needed.

Do I have to commit to a long term contract?

No, not at all! Our regular cleaning service is flexible, we just ask that you give us 4 weeks notice if you'd like to pause or cancel your cleans.

Do you offer deep cleans or end of tenancy cleaning?

Yes, we do! These services are available subject to availability and are quoted individually based on the size and condition of your home. Just get in touch to tell us what you need.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Regular cleaning customers receive a discount on ironing services as a little thank you from us!

Can I reschedule my clean?

Life happens - we get it! Just let us know as early as possible if you need to change your time or date and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How many cleaners will I get?

In most cases, our cleaners work in pairs. This helps us get the job done efficiently and ensures a thorough clean each time.

Will I get the same cleaner each time, and what if we don't get on?

We do our best to provide you with the same regular cleaner or cleaning team for each visit, we know how important it is to build trust and familiarity. That said, cleaning is a personal service, and we completely understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit. If that's ever the case, just let us know and we'll do our best to discreetly arrange someone else for you - no awkwardness necessary!

What happens if my cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

We'll always try to provide cover when your regular cleaner is unavailable, though the day or time may occasionally need to change, depending on availability. we'll keep you updated and do our best to minimise any disruption.
